Direct Inward Dialing
The DID facility enables a caller on a Touch Tone phone to directly
access an extension through MEGASWITCH-100 without going through the
operator, (Interactive Voice Response / Auto Attendant).
Billing / Logging
Touch Tone subscribers having the facility of 16 KHz Metering Pulse
from their digital exchanges can avail Actual Billing Facility. Call
logging is available for all subscribers.
Flexible Configuration
MEGASWITCH-100 is the only E.PABX which provides 100% flexibility
in configuring the system. Any combination of trunk and extension
can be made within the maximum number of 150 lines.
Conference
One trunk and four extensions or six extensions can converse simulataneously

User-friendly Operator Console provides a complete Trunk and Extension
Status to the operator. One Key operation, pop-up windows at each
option and guiding prompts make the operator highly efficient and
simple.
Extension Hotline
Direct contact can be established with a particular extension without
dialing the number. Simply picking up the phone will generate a ring
on the hotline extension.
Extension Hopping
An incoming call will hop from one extension to another till the call
is picked up.
Group Classification
A subscriber’s group can be formed for different facilities
such as STD/ISD Blocking, Group Call, Abbreviated Number Dialing,
Executive Trunk Access.
Camp-On
With the Camp-On facility, a busy extension will automatically be
connected to you when it is free. Also you can camp-on an extension
if you receive no reply.
Extension Transfer
An extension already connected to another can be transferred to a
new extension.
Telephone Lock Out
Your telephone can be programmed to lock out against making outgoing
calls on trunk.
Reminder / Wakeup Call
This feature gives you a reminder call at any given time.
Interrupt
A busy extension can be interrupt by another extension or from the
board.
Executive Trunk Access Facility
Using this facility, an accessed trunk is allotted to another extension
for a certain time.
Abbreviated Trunk Dialing Facility
Your system has a memory reserved for you to store ten numbers of
sixteen digits each.
